Sending MailIf you have created a Message Template and you have created or imported an Address List and you have composed an email message using the 'Compose Message' option from the menu bar above, then you are ready to send this message to the recipients in your Address List. If you have just finished composing your message then you are probably already on the message drafts page. If not, just click the 'Send Mail' option from the menu bar above. From this page you will see a list of all the message drafts you have composed recently. You can send any one of them by using the drop-down list and choosing a recipient Address List. Once you have chosen an address list to which the message will be sent, you will be taken to the send message page. It is recommended that you preview your message one final time before pressing send on this page. When you are ready then press the Send button to begin the sending process. You must not navigate away from this page while it is sending or the process will be paused. If you wish to pause the process during sending, you can click the pause button at any time. If you wish to continue processing a paused job at a later time, you may click the 'Jobs' option from the menu bar above to see a list of paused jobs. When the message has been sent to all the recipients, you will notice that the pause button will change to read Finish. If the message was not sent to any of the recipients, you will notice the status will read "Error". You can click on the error to see the error details. Usually this would occur it the email address is mis-typed or no longer valid.
