• How do I change my login password for FlowMail?

You can change you password by going to 'Options' from the menu bar above and choosing 'Change My Password'

• What can I do to make sure my email doesnt go into my customers' Spam box?

It is important that your customers add your sending address to their 'White List' to avoid their ISP or spam software from identifying it as Spam. It is also important that you include the $UnsubscribeLink$ content place-holder in your message(s) so that any customer has the option to unsubscribe from your mailing list.

• How can I update my Sending Address from which my emails will be sent?

If you click Options from the menu bar above, you will find a link labeled 'Sending Options'. It is from this page that you can choose your Sender Name and Sender Address from which all emails will appear to originate.

Many people choose to make their marketing emails appear to come from an address like: do.not.reply@yourcompany.com because that way any emails that bounce-back will not clog-up your inbox. However, using a dummy email address like this may make it harder for your customers to contact you.
